Dr. Mira Pantic

If you are looking to improve your communication skills, become a confident public speaker, or create a healthy work environment in your company, then you are in the right place. I am passionate about the art of communication, regardless whether it takes place in person or in an online setting. 

As a global traveler and experienced journalist, I learned that being able to communicate easily with people of diverse cultures and background opens many doors. I was eager to learn more and understand in depth what it takes to have smooth interaction with others and how to ensure that messages one delivers are clear and effective. This curiosity took me straight to graduate school where I obtained a Ph.D. in Communication and Information and started to intensively research the art of communication.

My expertise in communication is wide as it ranges from interpersonal to mass media communication. I am especially passionate about empowering others to communicate effectively within the framework of their own culture or in an intercultural and international setting.

Aside from helping individuals better their communication, I also assist companies in creating and maintaining a healthy climate at work. One of the key areas of my expertise is helping managers and employees learn how to interact with diverse cohorts at work, with a special focus on Generation Z that is now entering the workforce.
